National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) operates as an autonomous body under the aegis of The Department of Science & Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. It was established with the objective of providing Government, Industry Associations and Industry in general with a scheme of Conformity Assessment Body’s accreditation which involved Third Party assessment of Technical competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
The laboratory accreditation services to testing and calibration laboratories are provided in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”.
We are proud to have acquired this very stringent Accreditation from NABL.
Various Testing and Calibration done at our Laboratory are detailed below :
Mechanical Calibration:of Vacuum, Digital & Analog Pressure Gauges, Transmitters & Switches – Range – (-) 0.9 Bar to 700 Bar
Thermal Calibration : of all types of RTDs, Thermocouples, Temp. Transmitters / Transducers, Temp. Dial gauges.Glass Thermometer, Temp. Switches – Range – (-) 25°C to 1200°C.These Calibrations are done using PRT Sensors, PT 100 RTD, S Type Thermocouple and 6 ½ Digit Multimeter.
Electro Tech Calibration :
DC Voltage (Range – 1mV to 1000V), DC Current (Range – 1µA to 1000 µA)
AC Voltage, 50 Hz – 10 kHz – (1 mV to 1000 V), AC Current, 50 Hz – 5 kHz – (Range – 100 µA to 10 A)
Resistance – 2 & 4 Wire – (Range – 1 Ω to 1000 MΩ)
Capacitance – (Range – 1 mF to 100 mF)
Frequency – (Range – 10 Hz to 1 MHz)
Temperature Simulation for RTD & Thermocouples (all types) – (different ranges) We have 6 ½ Digit Multimeter and Multi Product Calibrator for doing such calibrations.
