Job Title : IT SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Educational Qualification : BCA / B.E. / B.Tech. (IT/Computer Science) or relevant IT qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP modules and business applications
• Support CRM, planning software, MS Office, Google Forms and other applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
• Coordinate with external software development/support agencies
• Collect and analyse software requirements from users
• Monitor pending issues and ensure timely resolution
• Test software changes and enhancements before deployment
• Identify and follow up on recurring software issues
• Provide basic user training and guidance
• Prepare regular reports on open issues, requirements and software projects

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in ERP / Software / Application Support preferred; Freshers can also apply
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in vendor/agency coordination (for experienced candidates)
• Good requirement-gathering and user coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
