Job Title : Junior Certification Executive

Qualification :-  Diploma or B.Tech in any engineering discipline

Experience :- 1 year of experience in certification, quality, compliance, or related    technical work

Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered

Key Responsibilities :-

• Support senior engineers in certification processes and documentation
• Prepare and maintain basic certification files, checklists, and records
• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and updates
• Communicate with clients and external bodies for routine follow-ups
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of documentation
• Help maintain organized records for certification and regulatory submissions
   

Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Clear communication skills • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
