Regulatory Compliance & Annual Certification

As per Section 29, Rule 60, we certify lifting equipment in Form-10, ensuring compliance with statutory safety standards.

Annual inspection and testing of lifting tools and tackles are mandatory to maintain workplace safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

In this Section/Rules, the Lifting machines and Lifting tackles are defined as follows.

• "Lifting tackle” means any chain sling, wire rope sling, nylon rope sling, hook, D shackle, eye bolt, swivel, coupling, socket, clamp, tray or similar appliance whether fixed or movable used in connection with the raising or lowering of persons or loads by use of lifting machines.
