We are authorized to provide certification as per SMPV (U) Rules 2016, covering:

Rule 18: Annual certification for Safety Relief Valves, Internal Valves, and Excess Flow Valves.

Rule 19: Hydrostatic testing certification for Compressed Gas Storage Tanks and Mobile Tankers (valid for 2 or 5 years).

Rule 33: Safety certification for the storage of compressed gas in storage tanks.

We offer Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, including Thickness Testing, Wet Magnetic Particle Inspection (WMPI), Flaw Detection Testing, Hardness Testing, and Dye Penetrant Testing, in compliance with Rule 19 of SMPV (U) Rules 2016.

Additionally, we provide comprehensive consultancy services for obtaining licenses for installations under SMPV (U) Rules 2016. Our expertise covers site requirement assessment, drawing preparation, certification, P&I diagram development, and documentation for final license approval to ensure a smooth and compliant licensing process.

Testing Facilities as per SMPV (U) Rules

🔹 Hydrotesting: Equipped with high-pressure pumps up to 200 bar capacity, we conduct hydrostatic testing both at on-site as required. Additionally, we undertake turnkey projects for the complete overhauling of vessels.

🔹 Safety Valve Testing & Servicing: Our test bench facility allows for the accurate testing of safety valves, along with servicing and part replacement, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

🔹 Excess Flow & Internal Valve Testing: We have dedicated testing facilities at our workshop for Excess Flow Valves and Internal Valves, ensuring their functionality and safety standards.
